聚焦于智能药物系统的开发与应用,特别是围绕细胞生长因子FGF等复合药物系统的创新设计与优化,致力于推动消化道疾病(如炎症性肠病、黏膜炎等)治疗的发展。此外,结合免疫细胞(如巨噬细胞)构建嵌合体系统,实现细胞生长因子FGF在炎症性部位的精准靶向调控。通过这些策略,致力于突破个体差异性、免疫炎性微环境等瓶颈,为个体化医疗提供新的理论依据和技术支持。以通讯或第一(含共同)作者在Biomaterials, ACS Nano, Journal of Nanobiotechnology等高质量SCI期刊发表研究论文20余篇;主持国家自然科学基金委青年项目等省部级项目。
入选温州市“瓯越英才”领军培养类人才项目和龙湾区青年创新拔尖人才。
